Digital delivery policy

EntryWaveIQ is downloadable Windows software. No physical product is shipped.

Installer delivery

The trial download is available on the website. The small online installer downloads the full setup, verifies its checksum, and opens the installation wizard so you can choose a folder. Internet is required. A full setup download is also provided.

Licence delivery

After successful payment verification, the activation key appears on the checkout confirmation page and is queued for delivery to the email address entered at checkout. Email processing runs every five minutes; delivery can be delayed by service availability, quota limits, or spam filtering.

The annual period starts when the payment is fulfilled and the licence is issued. Check your email address before submitting checkout, and keep the confirmation key private.

If your key does not arrive

Check Spam and your payment confirmation page. Contact ajsd.info.in@gmail.com with your order or payment reference and purchase email if the key is missing. Do not make another payment merely because an email is delayed.

Live purchasing is available through Razorpay checkout. The annual licence is ₹799 for one computer. No GST is charged.
