Statement processing

Standard bank-statement extraction and review run locally in the Windows app. The website and licence service do not need bank statements or transaction contents for licence validation. Optional connected features may send data to external services when enabled; review the app's consent and settings before using them.

Purchase and licence records

Checkout collects your name and delivery email. The backend stores order and payment references, purchase status, licence dates, an encrypted activation key for delivery, and a hashed key for validation. Device validation uses a hashed device identifier. Transfer and trial records are used to enforce one-device licences and trial periods.

These records support licence fulfilment, email delivery, activation, renewals, transfers, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention. Never send statement data or payment credentials in a support screenshot.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, backend, and licence database. Razorpay processes payments and provides payment status. Google Apps Script and Gmail send licence emails containing your activation key and validity date. Card and payment credentials are entered in Razorpay checkout; our website does not collect them.

Browser and technical data

Checkout temporarily stores an order reference and receipt token in browser session storage to recover a pending payment confirmation. Hosting and payment services may process connection information and technical logs as part of operating their services.

Retention and requests

Purchase, licence, trial, and support records are retained as needed for service operation, recordkeeping, resolving disputes, and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations or maintain licence and payment records.
