Trial and annual licence

The Windows trial lasts seven days and allows up to 15 pages per standard statement import. Custom import and page-range selection, uploads, auto-correct, and skipping transactions are paid features.

The annual licence costs ₹799 for one computer. Annual validity starts when payment is verified and the licence is issued. Updates released during the active period are included. Renewal is a separate purchase; this checkout does not set up automatic recurring charges.

Installation and activation

Internet is required to download the app and validate the trial or licence. Your licence key is private and must not be shared or used on multiple computers. A replacement-device transfer requires support verification and retains the existing expiry date.

Review your accounting data

Review extracted transactions, ledger mapping, and balances before exporting or posting to Tally. You remain responsible for the accuracy of accounting entries and for maintaining backups. Statement layouts and connected services can affect processing.

Payments, delivery, and refunds

Razorpay processes payment details. Licence delivery follows successful payment verification. The digital delivery policy and refund policy describe delivery and eligible refund requests.

Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at North Lakhimpur, Assam. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or access to a forum available under applicable law.
