Searchable ledger mapping

Search loaded Tally ledgers. Uncertain debit matches use your selected Payment ledger; credits use your selected Receipt ledger.

Balance checks & opening balance

Inspect running-balance differences and override the opening balance. Statement summaries are excluded from transaction export and balance checks.

☑

Focused review controls

Use search and review filters, select visible rows, remove multiple entries, and show review columns when you need more detail.

↓

CSV export & Send to Tally

Export reviewed transactions to CSV or send eligible entries to your connected Tally company.

⇄

Cash-to-Contra selection

When Contra is enabled, selecting Cash switches the transaction to a Contra voucher, with separate handling for deposits and withdrawals.

◷

Visible processing progress

Percentage progress covers statement preparation and ledger matching. An active loading indicator remains visible while Tally processes a request.

◎

Correction at export

A blocking ledger issue brings the affected transaction into view for correction, alongside its PDF context.

↗

Skip unusable transactions

When enabled, skip rows with invalid dates, unclear debit/credit details, or statement summaries and continue with usable entries. Reserved for the paid version under the new trial policy.

YOUR STATEMENTS. YOUR COMPUTER.

Local processing.
More control over your data.

EntryWaveIQ is a Windows desktop app. Standard statement extraction and review run locally on your computer, and reviewed entries are sent to your connected Tally instance.

You do not upload bank statements to this website to use the app. Trial validation requires an internet connection and sends a one-way hashed device identifier, without statement or transaction data.

Optional connected features may use external services when enabled. Anonymous layout sharing is off by default. Optional uploads require explicit consent.

WHO WE ARE

We are ajsd.infotech.

Practical software for everyday accounting work.

EntryWaveIQ · A product by ajsd.infotech

At ajsd.infotech, we build software that makes accounting tasks easier to manage. Our focus is on reducing repetitive work, making financial information easier to review, and giving users control over their workflow.

What we do

Our product, EntryWaveIQ, helps users import bank statement PDFs, review transactions against the original document, map ledgers, and send reviewed entries to Tally. It brings extraction, correction, and balance checks into one workspace to help save time during bank reconciliation.

How we approach it

We design around real tasks: handling large statements, checking details clearly, and moving reviewed entries into the books. Standard statement processing runs locally on the user’s Windows computer, with connected services explained where they apply.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few useful answers.

What do I need to get started?

A Windows computer, a bank statement PDF, and Tally with HTTP connectivity enabled for sending entries. The app tutorial walks through the Tally connection settings.

Can I check and correct extracted entries?

Yes. Use search and review filters, zoom the PDF preview, and edit transaction dates and posting ledgers. Inspect running-balance differences before export. If a ledger problem blocks sending, the affected row is brought into view for correction.

How does the trial work?

The new trial policy provides 7 days of access, with a maximum of 15 pages per standard statement import. Custom import and page-range selection, the upload feature, auto-correct, and the skip transaction option are reserved for the paid version. The new 7-day trial installer is being prepared and is not yet available for download.

What if my statement has more than 15 pages?

The new trial policy limits each statement import to 15 pages. Custom page-range selection is a paid feature. Use a statement of 15 pages or fewer to evaluate the trial, or choose the paid version for advanced import options.

How much does the paid licence cost?

EntryWaveIQ’s annual licence is discounted from ₹2,999 to ₹799 for one computer—a saving of ₹2,200. Each additional computer needs a separate licence. The licence provides 12 months of paid access, including future software updates released during that active period. Renew annually to continue access and receive further updates. Online purchasing and paid activation are being prepared.

Are my bank statements processed locally?

Standard PDF extraction and transaction review run on your Windows computer. This website does not receive your statements. Trial validation connects to an external service using a one-way hashed device identifier; optional connected features may also use external services when enabled.

What does trial validation send?

The trial service receives a one-way hashed Windows device identifier for trial validation. It receives no bank statement or transaction data for that validation. Optional anonymous layout sharing is off by default; optional uploads require explicit consent.

Does this website process my statements?

The website introduces EntryWaveIQ. The new trial installer will be available here when ready. Importing, reviewing, and sending statements happens in the Windows desktop app.
